This place defintely lived up to my expectations thankfully! So many celebrity chef places are such an overhyped let down when you actually eat there. This is in Caesars Palace Casino so parking was pretty easy and to that far of a walk for a casino. Ordered the margarita (forgot the name but it was essentially a jalapeno margarita just with Tajin on the rim) which was perfectly balanced between the spice, the tartness a margarita is known for and the jalapeno not being overpowering. I would get anytime again if I go. Ordered the Shepards Pie since that is one of the dishes Ramsay is know for. Was thinking about the Wellington but didn't feel like dropping $80 for it, but the table next to me got it and it looked very good. Hands down I can say this was OUTSTANDING! Everything was perfect in this dish. The portion was perfect, when I was done it was just right. The potatoes were actually pretty good (they're potatoes so I get if someone is like "they're potatoes come on.") and potatoe'y. The lamp was cooked brilliantly and there were bits of big pieces and small pieces spread throughout. I was really impressed at the amount in lamb as the protein is always the one thing there always needs to be more of. I would come back here at the drop of a hat and order the Shepards Pie again and again to the point where I would be probably doing a disservice to the rest of the menu, but I think this item was just that good.

Food was good, service was good. Maybe after hearing about the Beef Wellington, my expectations high. It was well cooked and was was good, but not as amazing as I was thinking. My daughter's fish and chips where good, and my daughter said my father's steak was the best of 3 meals. Wish there had been more chips with the fish. We shared an order of the Sticky Toffee pudding and that was the best part of meal. I wish we had gotten 2 pieces for the 4 of us instead of 1.

Ambiance and service were great Plenty of food to choose from, Location is right on the broad walk nice ocean breeze

Came here for dinner last week after being unable to get a last minute seating on my last trip to AC 2 years ago. I am a big Ramsay stan, watch all his shows faithfully so I am happy to say the restaraunt met my high expectations. I had the steak and ale pie which was amazing. My taste buds danced with happiness after the first bite of the tender beef and root veggies in this amazing all based gravy all with a flaky pastry top. One of the best dishes Ive had this year. For dessert I got Ramsays signature sticky toffee pudding and again amaizng. The contrast of the warm date cake with the cold, creamy vanilla ice cream sitting in a pool of that super sweet toffee sauce was a rich and decadent treat. Service was fine in a very busy restaraunt. Would definitely go again next time im in AC.

Last night my family and I dined at Gordon Ramsey pub and grill which was located inside the ceasers resort. The ambiance was very pleasant as the location within the hotel boasts open walls so the Ancient Greek statues are visible. However, it was freezing in there as the ac was wayyyy too high. We were a party of five and at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday evening we were able To be seated promptly with no reservation. Our host took our order promptly. All started off well. This is where it went down hill. The food took a good 30 minutes to come out. There was no explanation given. No apology. This just seemed to be the norm. We ordered the fired calamari as an appetizer and it was chewy. We ordered the sliders and they were delicious. My son ordered a chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. My other son got a burger and gotta say that was on point. Order it medium rare. My daughter and I got the market salad and that was also fresh and tasty. If the food didn't take soooooo long to come out, this would have been a better over all experience. The price points are a bit high too. We passed on dessert. Didn't feel Like waiting another 30 minutes for it to arrive.

So, at my January 2024 review, I said that I could not wait to come back to try the BEEF WELLINGTON, and that is what I finally did, in July 2024. (I had thought I'd be back a lot sooner). July 2024- The Beef Wellington was delicious!! It cut so easily, too. Soft and tender. I loved every bite!! And the accompanying whipped potatoes, gravy, carrot balls, and turnip balls. After my delicious Beef Wellington, I ordered the French Onion Soup. I did not order my soup first because I thought it would fill me up too much, and I did not want to leave any Beef Wellington on my plate. LOL. The onion soup was quite flavorful. The cheese was nice and had a very nice pull ratio LOL. The food here is delish! I have said that in my previous reviews. When I visit Caesars, I like to enjoy a meal here
